You have 24/7 access to your storage unit. Both of our facilities feature working keypad entry gates, so you can safely access your belongings day or night, entirely on your schedule.
  • Calling Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. (For the fastest service, please call before stopping in!)
  • On-Site Manager Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: Available by appointment.

No! Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge an admin fee when you rent a unit.
No. We do not require our tenants to purchase storage insurance to rent a unit with us.

Yes. We have a convenient Online Bill Pay portal. Simply log in to your account (make sure to select the correct location—Jaffrey or Peterborough) to manage your payments securely from anywhere.
We handle the New England winters so you don't have to. Our facilities are continuously plowed, and we go the extra mile by shoveling all unit doors. You will always have clear access to your unit.
Yes! We are now offering temperature-controlled units at our Jaffrey location. These interior units are perfect for protecting sensitive items from extreme temperatures. Call us for details and availability.
Yes, we offer secure indoor parking for vehicles, boats, and RVs to keep them protected from the elements.
Absolutely. Both locations are fully fenced and gated with working keypad entry systems. We also provide regular pest control and have an on-site manager present throughout the week to ensure the facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Yes, we offer ground-floor, drive-up access units, making it easy to pull your vehicle right up to the door to load and unload your belongings.
